Phone call problems

Texting works but I cannot receive or make calls.   There is no ringing and goes to message box. However, I cannot call the message box to received the message. Android 11 on Pixel 2.

It could be the lack of VoLTE compatibility 

But first try Reset Network Settings on the phone.  Make sure the phone connects to PM network and data and test work

Also, try the sim on another phone as well
