When will the app store public mobile app be back up? I recently signed up with an e-sim and can't activate my phone number.

It says: "App maintenance, Hang tight! Our app is just catching it's breath. We'll be up and running again shortly." for 3 days already...

app works for me
try uninstall and reinstall
also you don't really need app after you activate, you can login My Account on the browser. Check if you can login there

@Lily8479 It’s up and working for me , check your phone setting maybe the eSIM already installed and you need to enable it if iPhone “turn on this line “ is on and remove old sim and reboot the phone or reset network settings if still no luck
