Phone Number change failed

I am trying to change my phone number but keep on getting 'Phone Number change failed' message.  I have been using existing number for close to two years now.  New number I am trying to get is from same region/city that existing number belongs to. What could be the issue in changing the number and getting this error message?

Thanks for a quick suggestion. I have tried chrome/firefox/edge and all giving the same error message. Also did clear out the cache and cookies. All my browsers are up to date.

i suggest you can try it for a different Browser
and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help a lot,

 

and if you use a home internet please do one thing take your power internet off for about

a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,
