A family member has passed away and we need to find out if public is their carrier if someone could kindly help us out that would be appreciated. Thank you

Condolences, just look on their phone and it will show the carrier on the phone if you know the passcode to the phone.

sorry for your loss
to find out if the family member had a Public Mobile account, call 1-855-4PUBLIC, enter the phone number. if it says the account is active, then yes. If it says cannot find the account, then the number is not with Public Mobile
And if the number is with Public Mobile and you need to cancel the service, ask PM CS agent to help , you can submit ticket by direct message:
