Phone NOT working

so I am attempting to port a number from Lucky mobile when I was activating my eSIM, my phone froze and then it glitching somehow it deleted my new eSIM so I had to buy another SIM card after paying over $50 for the plan and now my number isn’t being poured correctly I can’t receive phone calls, and nobody will answer me and it’s been since Wednesday. It’s now Friday evening . I have submitted two tickets and I still go unanswered and there’s no way to communicate with the staff here so I am forced to post on this bulletin board.

You need PM to help, and you might need to change back to a physical sim first. Ask PM
