Hey everyone!
My phone was cut off despite being on autopay. I don’t have an account set up so I can’t access anything online. How would I go about contacting the moderators for help?

Calling 611 while suspended but before deactivation will immediately ask for money. You can still get to the rest of the IVR without paying.
I had a testing account not long ago that I let suspend for lack of payment. So that's why I know.

Unless I'm mistaken, *611 dosesn't work when the plan is suspended/expired. Also, you can not open a self-serve account without receiving a text message, therefore not possible until contacting the Moderator_Team.
If I am mistaken, please correct me. I've never been in an expired status in 3 years.

@Elsieosmond Can you check your status using *611. Is your renewal date by any chance today? Once you get it going again click here to register your selfserve account.

OPEN a self serve account first, so you can see what is going on in your account. Maybe we can help you first, before calling the Mod Team.
