Hi,
Something is wrong with the links on the website. I can access "my account page" but when I try to go to make a payment I get the error code 404, something is wrong with the page and other pages as well. The only page that works is the "my account page:. How does this get fixed?

@lynchvrt We did encounter a minor system issue overnight. The issue is now resolved🙂.

@tzliu yes it seems to be down for maintenance at the moment hopefully they are fixing some of the problems

Could not access accounts either. Something is wrong with system, will have to wait for PM to fix the issue.

Hi @lynchvrt - yes, there are ongoing issues with My Account since latest upgrades.
Try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device.
But best and easiest way, I find, is opening a tab in incognito mode then log in this way.
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance and to hopefully get someone on this for improvement.
