@Nikok If your plan renewed and then you changed it later that same day you would be charged twice .. and no refund as it’s prepaid .. if your saying you are charged twice for same plan change check cred card vaguely does one charge say pending and the posted . If that the case the pending charge should fall off .. but to get support here’s the link
