@Bernardo8Bm  By just writing "payment", you could mean for ongoing services or for suspended services or as a new customer activation.

 

All these possibilities may result in different options for you to try depending on what your attempting. 

 

It's also a good idea to let us know what you have tried so far, what worked and what didn't, so we don't repeat suggestions.
