Public mobile have taken $101 from my account and still tell me I need to pay $90 for my services this have me really lost

Public Mobile is definitely not for everyone and can be frustrating at times.

 

Inquiries having to do with your billing should be directed to a Customer Support Agent directly.

Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first. Then explain your problem.
