It is interesting to muse that not everyone got this email. Is it another erroneous email as we've seen recently. Perhaps they do indeed have something in the works but why wouldn't all $10 accounts get it? Or will it be only select few $10 accounts changing? If so then why not all of them?
If you are on the $10 plan, yes you'll see an increase of $3 per cycle, @Quynh58_ (EDIT: according to many reports from others who received communication about same in recent hours)
If if you on another plan, so far no notices about them.

Are you on a $10 price plan? There have been reports of Public Mobiel sending out an e-mail message to customers on $10 plans that the price will be increasing to $13.
