Having an international long distance add-on that everyone is mentioning and that includes the country that you wish to call isn't a matter of receiving a lower price per minute, but is rather required as Public Mobile doesn't have any pay-per-use charges.

How long have you had your Public Mobile account ? A few weeks ago we all got the More is Merrier free gifts of 2GB of data and 500 minutes of International calling to a few select countries. The only stipulation was that you had to reply with Yes when you got the SMS text message from PM. Let us know if you got it or not and we can further direct you to get those FREE gifts.

If you need a long distance calling add-on still..follow suggestions provided by the others above. Let us know which country you wish to call and we can help guide you through the process of purchasing that add0on.

You can login to your Self Serve account and go to My Data & Add-ons>Purchase Add-in’s.

If you are an existing customer or new customer to PM. The More is Merrier promo is still on for a free bonus one time 2gb data and 500 minutes of international calling.

Existing customers will need to type in YES on the SMS text from PM.

New customers will need to activate their SIM between December 1 to December 31 to get the deal.

First, did you get the 500 Long distance minutes from the Holiday bonus?  if so, you can just use it.  The PM Holiday Long Distance Add-on covers the following countries: 

CA & US: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela.

If you have not got it yet but you need it now, buy the add-on from the add-on page: 

First check the addon you need from here: Public Mobile - ChangePlanLandingPage

**Please note that there are different International add-on and make sure you buy the proper one. 

Make sure you aware that buying addon is a 2 steps process, 

1. Load enough Fund first..  Go to the Payment page->One-time payment to load fund (Public Mobile - Make a Payment) .  Select the option Other and the enter enough amount.
   Once amount is loaded, you should see it showing as Available Fund on your My Account
   
   
2.  Actual buying of the add-on  from the Purchase page:
   Public Mobile - ChangePlanLandingPage
   PM will use the amount from Available Fund for the purchase. 

Once done purchase, you should see the LD Add-on appears on your My Data & Add-ons on your My Account->Overview Tab.   Now logoff from My Account and reboot your phone and you can make the call
