I had a over 70 dollars credit in my account and yet I got a text from public mobile stating I didn't have enough funds to pay my January 1st bill,someone needs to look into this mess please,Why does my phone number come up private number when I call someone

I got an message this morning that notifies me that my payment is due on Jan 1st while my actual due day will be 10 days later.

Settings -- Calls -- More -- Additional Settings -- Caller ID
Choose Default or Show Number

@Maryphillips Is January 1st your expected renewal day? This text is sent whether you are on autopay or not. There have been other posts related to this. If your EXPECTED renewal day is not Jan. 1st, check your self serve and make sure it shows your proper renewal date. If it does, I'd just ignore it.

There was an error text sent to several customers this morning. Just ignore the warning. Especially if you already have enough funds.
PM should show your cell phone number when you call out. Maybe your phone setting is set up for private outgoing call display
