I was charged twice in April, and now I am asked to pay again. I don't know why??

Sorry that happened...
Have you changed your plan? If you changed your plan and chose "Change now" instead of "chang on next renewal", then you are charged right away.
It could also be an error from the system. Can you post a screenshot of your payment history of the last 2-3 months (don't show your account number (top right) or any other personnal information...), that could help pinpoint what happened 🙂
