@slash407 what would contacting the credit card company do? Any issues they will say contact public mobile, as the card works. They do not provide customer service for public mobile as your post suggests.

The 611 service is only usable with a pre-configured credit card (or vouchers).
You already have answers in the thread to help you with that.
611 only lets you top-up, or buy add-ons or start and stop autopay with a pre-configured card.
Or the first two with vouchers.

@Vick1, changing the credit card in your self serve account is something that you can do yourself. Login to the self serve, navigate over to the payment tab and there you will see a manage payment link near the bottom of the page. Click on that and do the update. My suggestion is to remove the old credit card and then add the new one.
