Payment is being incorrectly submitted AKA Public Mobile as no ticket no laundry. They managed to get payment

nothing in 11.23 or 12.23 then 01.24 $7.91 what gives? We are out of the country using Telcel sims.
We Have spent 2 hrs attempting to get HELP? We know the penalty for not paying? hence while travelling we pay.
We have 2 phones on combined account thru CCC for 1 payment HOW to fix back to what ever amount Tks

Have realized that my terminology is misleading all readers who are trying to Help. Substitute
"combined Payment account" for all entries aka "combined account"

@mkshawn Something isn't right since you can't have a combined account with Public Mobile. We are only customers here so can't help with your account, you can contact customer service via this link, explain the problem and await an answer from an agent at your envelope icon top right or if you don't see an envelope then tap your avatar for Messages. You've probably been trying the chatbot/ticket system which currently doesn't work reliably. Here's the link to message the agents

It is impossible to have 2 numbers on one account on PM. Only 1 account/1 email registered. You can have the same CC for both accounts.
You have 90 days to make a payment once your account is suspended for nonpayment. Just login to your account when you return to Canada and make a payment.
