Hello,

I need to suspend my account for 90 days, I accessed  today to my account to do this, but the payment was done today, I am away and will not use the service this month, and I was wondering if you would consider making a refund for this months payment that was done just today. I would really appreciate this, as I'm on a tight budget.

PM is a self serve service and you are responsible to disable Subscribe (AutoPay) to pause your account.

Also, there are no refunds on prepaid service but it is up to a CS_Agent to make call for credit to your account but I doubt if they will.

Also, i wouldn’t wait until the 90th day to restart your monthly payment. Do it on the 88th day encase there are any issues.
