I am still unable to sign in to my account to update my payment information. I have spent close to 6 hours speaking with various reps and still nowhere. I have a list of close to 50 different 5 digit codes that were sent to me, none of which allow me into my account. I have used 2 different wifi locations with the same result. I just get a different code to enter and can not get past that site.

Thanks but the problem has been suddenly resolved.  A payment window suddenly showed up that I have never seen before in all the conversations in the last 2 weeks. I have updated my payment info so we should now be good. It's too bad I could be directed to that site in the first place. I appreciate your past efforts

with login issue, honest, only CS agent can help.  What I suggest to to try resetting password and login using Incognito mode and try using different browser.  Also try on PM app.  But continue working with CS agent on it

Just in case account is expiring very soon or expired and you still unable to update payment card , you can get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first and then try updating the card again later
(you can also buy a voucher online with a fees from muskbird.com/ding.com/recharge.com)
