As with the earlier reply is this thread, please do not spread misinformation. I realize that anyone can make mistakes, but it's important not to guess if not knowing the answer. While customers do need a customer support agent to remove a payment card, any customer can remove the payment card for any desired reason. Also, the method you supplied for opening a ticket isn't correct either. The customer MUST use the previously mentioned chatbot whenever possible.
