I paid my subscription with a new card, I thought both phone numbers would be paid, but only mine was paid, not my husbands. I went to pay both phones on this card. Can it be done  that way?

Yes, you can pay multiple accounts with the same credit card. You just need to login to each accounts separately and make a manually each time.

Or activate autopay on that account also. You can go to that account, click the Payments tab and click Manage Subscription to activate.

Yes you can pay both accounts with the same CC but remember each account has a different email address. So go on your husband’s phone and dial 611 and make a manual payment.

Also login to his account and enable Subscribe for future AutoPay. A glitch in. AutoPay disable for some members.

you need to login your husband account to update the credit card as well.  Make sure you remember it will be a different email address to login  (one email for only one address)

and it is better  using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
