I have done the steps. My service is now working but i have still paid twice. I was finally able to get a ticket number put in to show the proof and get refunded

Ive swapped to a different CC, but the same bank. No luck. However, my ph# is a BC area code while we live in Sask. Could that be the reason ??

I also lost service today and the website isnt allowing me to put my CC info in. Kinda **bleep**ty, now relying on the wifes phone till we get this fixed. And her renewal is on the 18th

If you are on AutoPay, you don’t need to do anything.
It could be other things like an outage:

But try rebooting your phone to see that that helps.
If all fails, contact a CS_Agent by DM by clicking on your avatar>Messages and address to CS_Agent.
The extra payment will remain as credit for your next bill or you can ask for a refund.
