Credit card expired, updated with a new card but it keeps saying "Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later."
It's already 2 days and service is on hold, please advise.

Thanks Sansan, thanks for the tips, I'll try. Honestly who still go out to pay the bills? I would just use the time to switch to another provider if instead of getting a voucher! It has been so frustrated with Public, I have another number with a sim lost and it was a disaster, I had been paying months for NOTHING

@Arianna117 you are correct 😔. The system is not working as it should be. I have seen people say it took them up to 4 days trying several times throughout the day before being successful.
Tips, not sure how well they work; use ignito mode, use a different device, different browser. Waiting 1 hour after each failed attempt.
If you use the App, try the browser instead. If using browser try App instead.
I only use the website myself, so far knock on 🪵, have never experienced any major difficulties.

thanks for your reply, well it's already suspended my service, if i have to go out to get a voucher, i can just change to another service provider with no more headache that Public has given me, it's pushing customers away with all this "service" it is providing, if there's any

Many people have had rhe same issues reported. Try purchasing vouchers and load that way. There is the option to load voucher under the Payment tab. You can buy from most stations, walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart.
