I always pay for my phone a month in advance so that come the due date I don’t have to worry about it not restarting. My payment was taken today, but it says my account is suspended and my data hasn’t reset. Why? Because in my payment history, the full amount was taken TODAY

You won't get charged anything extra.
You should contact the @Moderator_Team (< Click this) later today if the data doesn't reset. This has been a bit of a recurring problem for some people.

@Calliej99 If today is your renewal day and your phone is working you can ignore the message. Everything will be back tomorrow by the end of the day.
