I’m currently traveling and my credit card on file was compromised. I’m trying to pay for my subscription but it won’t recognize me… please help

Can someone in Canada purchase a Public Mobile payment voucher for you? (presuming by 'traveling', you mean out of the country)
The payment voucher can be applied on self-serve site or PM app, under the Payment tab.
