you can update your credit card and then make a manual payment after, or you can also pay by voucher
To update your credit card information, you can easily done that via My Account
Please login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, and click Manage Payment Method, or use this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card
Or if you have trouble updating card, you can also pay by voucher to resume service first. Get one from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and then call *611 on your phone to load your voucher
