I have some serious payment issues. I tried to enter my visa debit information and i get an error message and to contact my bank.
I contacted my bank and they verified my information and said that the issue on the phone company.
I gave up and purchased a voucher and when I enter the pin number it says it is not valid
I have put two tickets through and no one had contacted me. This is very frustrating

Credit card companies do understand to a certain extent that mistakes do get made, but in addiion to Public Mobile blocking the card, trying a charge too many times repeatedly can also get your card blocked out completely at all merchants.

When did you buy the voucher? Check the voucher again as some have two 12 digit numbers.
You can try dialing 611 from your phone to enter the voucher.
For your credit card. Don't enter apartment number if you have one.
