Hi,

got a new Amex card and payment won’t go through.   Suggestions ?

AMEX is allowed just seems bug prone. Try again after clearing your browser's cache, turning off ad blocker, and/or using incognito mode. 

Still no joy, click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7PM (ET).

Should have allowed the number then.

I think they don't accept AMEX credit cards

Card on file updated.    When I click make a payment it gives me the generic can’t chatge card error.

@CE, Not sure I understand.  Are you trying to update the CC on file in your account?
