Hey I am trying to make a payment toward my account but I continually get an error message. I also tried to make the payment through another card but same issue. Please advise how I can make payment to reactivate my account

tried other browser and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

@Tsultan01 There has been some problem with the payment system on the new My Account.
do you know your 4 digits PIN, do you want to try making paying with *611?
or open ticket with PM Support and have them look into it
