Payment failed?

It shows $40 payment failed for US roaming. but shows payment received on pM site. however it doesn't update to next 30 days

you said "update to next 30 days", you meant it is a plan renewal, right?   your service working? it could be just a browser cache or app cache problem.  Please login My Account again using Incognito mode.   Or on your phone, call *611 and confirm the cycle date

@Sam116  Maybe try rebooting the device and check again to see if the roaming add on was added . But if you have been charged and still not there you will need to engage support to help fix for you .
