Payment error? My last name had a lowercase letter so it doesn't match billing inofrmation

My payment won't process is says error each time. On my profile my last name is not capitalized so it doesn't match billing information can you fix this for me?

Name isn't used for credit card verification.  The only billing information used is in the screenshot in the previous message.

@Rachel96   I am not 100% sure it is case sensitive like that

Make an update to your credit card from My Account, yourself

Go to Payment page, Manage Supscription, Manage Payment Method
