I was supposed to pay my plan yesterday and today I don't have service.

Can I still move my number to another company?

@leozera only if its to Telus or Koodo. Any other provider, your plan has to be active to port your number. Stay safe.

There is an exception to the account active status rule to port out.  Your account do not be active if you port out your PM number to Koodo or Telus.

What the reason that make you leave PM?

There may be a simple solution to your issue.

PM plans are prepaid.  Therefore, there is no refund of your unused days of your billing service.  You can renew for a month and try to solve the issue what you have.  If you still want to leave, port your number out a few days before the renewal day.  You can also change your plan to the $15 plan, reactivate plan and port out.

@leozera  If you want to port out your number then best to change to the $15 plan since your account needs to be active to port out your number.

Another option is to select a new number with your new provider.

Hope this helps.

Nope...your plan with PM needs to be Active if you wish to port out.

NO!! Your account needs to be active. Would suggest you port out at least a week before your payment is due.
