When I originally set up my account and auto pay my payment date was the 20th of every month. It was good for a couple months and now my date keeps changing it went from the 20, to 18 to the 16 and now the 14th of every month. Why? How do I change it back to the 20?

You should be. Can you post screenshots to verify this? It may display the autopay date one day before the 30-days, but shouldn’t more than that.

@Mmacrae0910Proof please. Log into self serve- Upload some screen shots of your account payment history (blur out personal details) over the last few renewals

@Mmacrae0910Public mobile is 30 days, or 90 days. Not a calender month. The dates will change almost every calender month.
Service Terms between You and Public Mobile
As you read through these Service Terms, please note that:
"Month" means the thirty day period from the purchase of a rate plan to the expiry of service on that rate plan, and does not vary with the length of calendar months;
