Hi! I had the same thing happen to me I did every thing come to fine out i for got that I change my address and the post to code was not right so check all you info to see it is right good luck I hope you can get it fixs

@SJW1 Some have suggested toggling location services on when using the app for credit card info.

Are you using the PM app to make the change?
Login on the app then go to Payment tab>Update Card Information.
If you are having an issue with login on the PM website or app. You will need to submit a ticket on the Chat bubble.
