Service put on hold today. I replaced my credit card weeks ago (due to fraud activity) have new card with same company. PM app will not allow new information to be saved....therefore service remains on hold....I cannot do anymore from my end?? All entered information is correct...perhaps because new credit card has same expiration date but different # and different CVV?? I thought payments would just continue as they have with satellite radio for example.....

I am surprised that the PM app will not save your new CC number.
Payment tab>Update Card Information.
Never had any issues updating my CC a couple of months ago.
You can also call 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a payment that way.

it is more a chance with PM payment system than your card. PM card entering is glitchy, sometimes you need to try multiple times
Wait an hour, and try using app to enter the new card infor. But before you use the app, enable Location permission for it first, then you login and try
if that does not work, I would say buy a voucher and get it resume first. Buy the voucher from Shoppers Durg mart and load using *611
after the service is resumed, wait a week and try again
