Why does my payment cycle get shorter every month? One month it's due on the 11th, the next month it's due on the 10th. This month it's due on the 9th. Pretty soon, I'll be paying for 1 day of service. Your assistance would be most appreciated.

@Shauna8Further to the previous responses regarding PM's 30 day plans... every time a month has 31 days, the renewal day will 1 day earlier the next month. Likewise, in February you may find your renewal day number advances 1 or 2 days depending if it's a leap year or not... But generally the day number will go back 5 days per year, and 4 days back on leap years.
