Paying my bill

I have auto pay for October 3rd but my phone plan ran out midnight on September 29th. I also have a $10 credit on my account. I want my payment date on the 1st of the month. So how do I fix it

I have enough on my account but I can't get it to except it. It maybe an autopay for October 3 Nd I tried to remove autopay 2 or 3 times without success. And I can't figure out your tags system

Plans are due every 30 days at PM not monthly.

This place is not monthly. It's 30 days. Apparently you had an autopay failure. Happens. It needs to be fixed. But here you are.

Try making a manual payment to reactivate your account.
