Instead of calling 611 to pay your bill, you can login your self-serve account to pay your bill.
PM sent you text message with your account PIN# after your activation.
If you had deleted the text message, create a moderator support ticket for help using this link https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
Tell SIMon what is the issue (important) - "Forget PIN #"

Which "PIN number"?
You can buy vouchers online or in stores and then use the 611 service to redeem them to add money into your account.
You can use instant top-up services at some locations.
If you have a pre-registered payment card on file then you can use the 611 service too.
All of which do not require a PIN.
If by PIN number you mean your self-serve log in then try the Forgot your password? link.
Failing that then you'll need to contact the moderators.

@Janehe you can also use the one time payment option in your self service account to pay your bill. If you need to add a voucher. To retrieve your pin number you would have to contact the moderators and ask them for it. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
