Hi,

 

I need a moderators help. 

I am locked out of my account after getting my security question wrong.  I just need a moderator or someone to send me an email so I can reset my password. 

 

I need to change my credit card information for my autopay. 

 

Next payment is due soon and currently coming out of an account that is now closed. 

 

Please advise asap.

@Gmobile86 In a pinch, get vouchers and add them to your account before the renewal date. You will still get the autopay credit.

There have been some reports of difficulty changing info on a current credit card, so suggest you first delete the card then add it as "new".
