hi I am Trying to pay my bill but seems I can't remember my password so I click on password reset and I never receive the email. I've tried several times. I've checked my spam folder as well and nothing. This issue and the fact it took over 2 weeks for my account to be activated once I've paid and those 2 weeks lost. I'm not impressed with public mobile do far. Please help or im throwing away this sim Card and going elsewhere.

@kevincourier If you activated in store, you may not have created a Self Serve account yet.

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open Browser incognito mode,
you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset for you,

Open a ticket via:

Type "ticket" > Click "Contact Us" > Select your issue > "Click here to submit a ticket↗"

Edit: If you need to make a payment in a hurry, you can also do it with vouchers by calling 611 on your phone, or use some instant top-up service (Canadiantire gas bars...) or ding.com (higher service charges).
