Password issues

I have tried to change my password on my account 14 times and each time your system will not recognize my new password to my cell phone account. What is the issue?

"Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again". I keep getting this message everytime I log in with the new password

I have tried it on a computer and cell phone with what you suggested. Same issue

have you tried things like using a different broswer, clearing history/ cache?  Maybe its something technical like that.
