How often should I login to avoid password expiring?

Thanks hTideGnow. I think I'll just login more often.  Seems easier than creating new passwords to keep track of.

hi @Outside2

does it work if you use another one?

there might be a setting for cannot use last 5 or 10 passwords, but as far as I know, there is absolutely no password expiration or settings for login once every # days settings

but if you need further help, ask PM support agent.  You can submit  ticket by direct message:

Thanks for the replies. More info: I hadn't login in since possibly more than a year ago. Said username & password didn't match. I know I used the correct password because when I tried to reset,  the dialogue came back saying the password previously used.

PM system does not have a password expiration date.  I don't think any mobile provider has this with their My Account systems

hi @Outside2

there is no password expiration here. But login often, check if the payment is correct and more importantly, check new plans.  There are always new plans come and go.  Today, they have a $18 new plan available for everyone
