I have tried the password reset times however I am not receiving an email to solve this issue as I've forgotten my password to get into my account. How long i have to wait and have other way can change the password?

It's not in the spam box -- it's not being sent out by Public Mobile. I've been waiting for more than 24 hours for my 'test' email to arrive.
The issue is not resolved.
