I need a PUK code to text and call and the AI help chat is not helping at all. What do I do?

You don’t remember the code for the SIM lock on your phone. It would be something you set.

Only a CS_Agent can look into to the PUK for your SIM. Just type in Submit a Ticket on Start a Chat on the bottom of the page.
