Click the little white bubble on the lower right of screen and type "Need PUK"
Follow the PRECISE directions it supplies to the very end.

@Snowflake567 Open a ticket with PM Support, they can provide you the PUK code,
you can use this direct link: https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/Oyn1L6 ,
select SIM Card PUK then Contact us and then Click here to submit a ticket↗
