I'm trying to port my Rogers cellphone number to PM. I checked the Eligibility, which brought up the porting information boxes. I completed all the boxes, ticked the authorized box and hit submit. After 'thinking' for about htree minutes, nothing happened, so I clicked submit again, and still nothing happened. When I went to restart the process, I got this message about the same number -
We were unable to transfer the phone number you entered. Try one of the following options:
- Make sure you entered your number correctly.
- Select a new number.
- Contact the Public Mobile Community for further assistance.
So here I am...HELP?!

@davidsavournin Looks like you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team and they will help you with the port.
