The porting of my mothers took a little over 2 business days (3 real days). Hers was a landline to cell though. I read previously posted on here, while I was looking up how long it should take that it can take up to 10 days to port a number, with the average being 2-3 business days.
During that time she could call out, but could not get calls to her cell. They still rang the old phone.

@szilardi57, as noted please do not post personal information. I have edited your phone number. Since community forum members are unable to assist with porting problems, please contact the moderator team as already recommended.

@szilardi57 Please remove your personal information from your post (click on the three dots next to the timestamp of your post and Edit reply).
For your porting, it usually takes a couple of hours to complete, but you can try the following steps:
-Go into your phone's settings and under Cellular Settings, manually choose Public Mobile as your Network operator
-Reboot your phone
-Power off your phone and remove your SIM. Re-insert and power on.
If that doesn't work, you can send a private message to a Moderator_Team and ask them to look into it.

I wouldn't post your name and phone number here, not because anywhere here would do anything with it, but rather because there are sometimes companies that use computers to filter through messages like these and collect information to add you to calling lists.
Since incoming calls are not working, you should know that those should be still going to your old carriers' service. If you pop that sim card in, it should be still working. Things are supposed to remain like that until the phone number transfer is complete.
The CWTA says 2.5 hours to port from one wireless carrier to another.
