Hey man, I don't know where you're porting from but since you are asking the mods to port your number, I assume you're porting from Koodo/PM because I don't think you need mod assistance if it's from any other service provider.

If you are, you don't need to wait for the mods to port your number. Assuming you have your self-serve account set up, follow these steps:

1. Login to Self-Serve

2. Go to Plan and Add-Ons > Change Phone Number

3. Click "Transfer a wireless or wireline number from Public Mobile or another provider"

4. Enter your number and click "Check Eligibility"

5. Click the "I am authorized to transfer this phone number" before you do anything else.

6. Fill in the box to the best of your availability.

7. Click Submit and wait (don't press anything else until everything is clear).

This should port your number over without any mod assistance assuming it's from Koodo/PM. If it's not, try doing it anyways, it might work, you never know.

Hope your issue gets resolved, I know this stuff can be frustrating.

Hey @tonypro99  sorry to hear about your porting issue.    your old sim should still work while the you have a stuck port.

It shouldn't take this long to get your issue solved once you sumbit a private message.

tagging @CS_Agent incase they are still around.

@tonypro99 first of all, please find the caps lock button on your keyboard.  I know you're frustrated but the all-caps is really hard on the eyes.

Questions:

1) Are you porting from another mobile provider, a home-phone, or a VoIP service?

2) How did you reach out for help?  Was it via private message to the moderator team?

3) Have you checked your private messages inbox to make sure you haven't missed a reply from the @CS_Agent?
