I have a plan that would qualify but when I log in I don't see the offer. How do I add it?

you should see the add-on added to your account within 72 hours.  

Login My Account using Incognito mode, click the Usage Breakdown under the Usage Odometer to expand it and you should see it there

Login My Account, go to Subscription & Add-on page and enter at the Promo Code box there

Or on PM app, go to Payment > Redeem Promo Code
