Hi,
I'm currently on $35 plan (1.5GB). I've been charged $39.25 from my bank account. Rewards have not been applied to the payment ($6). If you can please refund back my extra money that will be great for last two months.

I'm assuming he was asking about to do a network reset:
- Settings
- General Tab
- Backup & Reset
- Network Settings
- Network Settings Reset
- Reset Settings (you will have to confirm this step)

You can see the details of your payment on your self serve account tab PAYMENT and PAYMENT HISTORY. If you can’t see the rewards here write a message to the moderator here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and give them details they will help you. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days.

@iramsharma Please post a screenshot of your payment history from your self-serve account so we can see what happened. Make sure to hide any personal info. Rewards didn't apply is a very rare case.

you need to send private message to Mod team, they will make adjustment for you. the correct pmt dhiuld be (35-6reward) plus tax
