More details would be helpful. Community members on the forum are customers like yourself.  We don't not have access to your account details. 

New customer versus old?  Did you change plans recently?  If you changed plans, did you change plans immediately or at next renewal?  Do you see extra available funds?  If you feel comfortable, you could screenshot your payment history page (omit any personal information).
